*We will gladly accept your exchange within the 14 days!

*The 14 day period begins the day your order was delivered.

*Orders using a Special Buy One Get One Free are FINAL Sale.

*Clear out Sales will be promoted on Social Media & will state "Final Sale".

**Exchange ReShipping Rate can vary from $7-$10**

*Orders will be processed in 3-5 Business Days not counting Saturday & Sunday.

Shipping Turn Around

*Shipping may take 2-7 Business Days after being processed.

**Pre-Orders will ship once items are in stock, details are stated in products.

**Items will be shipped together in one package. If you ordered items in stock and Pre-Order, your order will ship until all items are ready to ship. 

**If you'd like your available items to ship right away we can happily fulfill this with an additional shipping charge. You can email us with your order information and request. 

Cancellations

**Orders cannot be CANCELED after 48 hours.

PRE-ORDERS cannot be canceled.

PRE-ORDERS are given a tentative date, it will not guarantee item to be shipped due to delays with shipping & Customs.

Damaged Items

*If your order was received damaged you must email us within the 6hrs of delivery in order to process a claim. 

You must initiate the process a claim with the carrier.

HUELLAS is not responsible of orders being lost.

Order Not Delivered

Please reach out to your Local Post Office then email us regarding the issue so we can send you the USPS receipt, so you can process the claim online with USPS. The claim has to be processed within 30 days.
